Registering your company is free of charge and only takes a couple of minutes. There are many benefits to the two types of user (Vendors and Fabricators) that may register. Both have the ability to perform advanced searches which places the responsibility on the supplier to contact the user and offers a much wider search. There are three sections to complete when registering: 1.
Basic company information Below are the fields that you must complete for this section. Once complete, click Next to proceed to stage two. |

| Contact Name | Please enter the correct contact within your company. This will not be published. |
| Company Name | Enter your company name as you would like it to appear. This will be displayed on the screen. |
| Company Address | Enter your address using the correct Fields, including your zip/postal code |
| Type of Business | Enter whether you are a Vendor or Fabricator or both |
| User E-mail | Important: Your e-mail address is your Login name. |
| Main Company E-mail | Enter your company e-mail address so that potential customers can contact you online and get straight through to sales. This may be the same as your personal address. |
| Fax Number | Enter your correct number in numerical format. Do not include your international dialling codes. Do not include spaces or brackets. e.g. 1(111)222 3333 becomes 111 222 3333 |
| Telephone Number | Enter your correct number in numerical format Do not include your international dialling codes Do not include spaces or brackets e.g. 1(111) 222 333 becomes 111 222 3333 |
| Password | This will be generated automatically by the system and will be sent to you via e-mail when you are first registered. If you lose it, send us an e-mail from the USER E-MAIL address and we will e-mail you your password. |
| Type of business | This is the most important question asked within the entire registration process. We offer different services to Vendors or Fabricators. In a few rare cases a company may appear to be in both categories. If you select the wrong category you may re-edit your details to modify the business type. |

The next page allows you to enter more detailed information as described below: |

| Basic profile | You can enter up to 15 words on your company to describe your main line of business. This will be displayed |
| Advanced profile (optional) | If you wish to enhance your account, one of the items you can add is a 500 word profile on your company. This also places you higher up the search result rankings. |
| No of employees | The number of employees within your organisation, selected via a pulldown menu. |
| Turnover last year | E.g. $1.1m. This information will not be published and is used by us to provide you with comparison information against other records in our database. |
| Year Established | The year your company was founded. This information will not be published. |
| Enable RealCall | Enables the Callback button which appears next to your record in the database. For more information on RealCall click here. |
| Company URL (optional) | An optional extra which is only displayed if you enhance your record. You can enter your company's website address in this field. It will then be displayed against your company in the search results page, and also on your profile page. This also places you higher up the search results rankings. |

This section allows you to specify precise details about your company's capabilities. The screens that you will be presented with will differ depending on whether you are a vendor or fabricator. Use the tab buttons to select from the different categories available. |
