Engineering World Media and Cyberspace HQ help engineering companies to promote websites
May 2001
Engineering World Media Limited (EWM), which comprises three engineering-specific websites, has formed a strategic partnership with Cyperspace HQ, providers of website submission software, to assist engineering companies in promoting their company?s web presence.
Cyberspace HQ and Engineering World Media have launched a special edition of the Addweb Web Submission program on Sheetmetalworld.com. The software is available as a free download to all registered users of the site. Registration is free, and also allows manufacturers to be immediately listed in the site?s online directory.
The Special Edition allows users to immediately submit their website to over 50 of the top search engines, generate the relevant (HTML Meta tag) code that search engines use to categorise the site, and also check their ranking within each search engine using keywords. Users receive a discount when upgrading to the full versions available using Cyberspace HQ?s secure server. Prices start from $59.
Dr David Bang, Executive Officer of Cyberspace Headquarters commented, ?Sheetmetalworld.com is a unique resource on the Internet, full of useful information you can?t get anywhere else. AddWeb Sheetmetalworld edition is a terrific free marketing resource for Engineering World Media users.?
A spokesperson for Engineering World Media added, ?The engineering industry has typically been behind B2C (Business to Consumer) companies where the Internet is concerned. We intend to change that. This software will enable both large and small businesses to actively promote their online presence with little technical knowledge.?
AddWeb Sheetmetalworld.com Special Edition is supplied in English, French and Italian versions.
