The Standard service is designed for companies holding open days or small exhibitions that do not require the ability to offer exhibitor services (e.g. a searchable list of exhibitors, floorplan or exhibitor exhibitions). The Professional service offers a complete solution to show hosts - allowing both visitors and exhibitors to obtain all the information they need and deliver feedback to you. Q. What do they cost? A. The Standard service cost $289. The Professional service costs $800 Q. How will people be able to get to my exhibition page? A. Within Sheetmetalworld there will be several methods. Firstly, the exhibitions page (one of the top five pages on the site). All featured exhibitions appear at the top of the page. If a user searches for your company within our online directory your exhibition will also be listed on your profile page within our site, which they can also get to via news pages. Not only that, the entire Sheetmetalworld.com site is regularly 'spidered' by search engines, so it is highly likely that users will arrive directly at your exhibition page as a result of searching for it in the major search engines such as Google, Lycos, Hotbot etc... Q. What will the web address be? A. There will be a unique address which has your show's 'ID' number, however we can create a more easily remembered forwarding address, such as www.sheetmetalworld.com/shows/yourshow/. You can also point any domain name at the page directly. Q. What information can be displayed A. All the general information that both users and exhibitors would need of an exhibition website. Users can register online, view a floorplan of the show, get directions to the exhibition and read general information on the show. There is a registration form for companies interested in exhibiting and a main exhibitors page. If required we will also upload and link to any exhibitor documents that you would like made available online. We also display links to other information on Sheetmetalworld, such as other exhibitions you may be hosting - this is generated dynamically, so that as we update other areas of the site your pages update automatically. Q. What information can I collect from users registering? A. We collect basic contact information, which is stored in a database and also emailed out to you immediately. Either at set intervals or at the end of the registration period we can supply this in electronic format for you to process. Q. Can I specify in what period users can register for a show? A. Yes.
